Oberoi group of hotels is a big name and it deems fit that it holds an importance in the industry. Being part of the company for so many years, I realise the service standards are indeed commendable. Lots to learn and various opportunities to execute your learnings as well.

...nvironment is pretty strict - like we are stuck in the British era of hierarchy. Which means, there is a significant difference in pay among lower and higher management. Less transparency and often gaslighting employees with promises / information.

Salary is less No proper increment I worked on same salary for 5 years Very slow growth internally Uniforms are outdated

Support is excellent from company... salary has been provided even in such tough times..and even though not being on shift because of lockdown

Being in Service sector from 1 and half years not getting to work in restaurant or ird instead making me work in Pastry shop , and I don't like working there because my ambition lies in working in restaurant

... be a fix Shift timings..and the work should be divided equally among all of us. Comparing with other industries in this industry (Hospitality) salary is very low

Company policy and work culture is good ,they give good salary as compare to other hotel ,bonus every year,lots of my friends are execute from hotel due to covid 19,they all are working there from last 18 months still they are executed...
