Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company management are very good and supportive to employees and caring their customers. Company policies are excellent. Company providing training to employees to educate their improving safety culture and good work environment. Walfare facilities are very good for employees.

Good opportunity for fresher's.Most staffs are youngsters and good coordination between the staffs. High priority for HSE.

Work life balance is a problem. Most of the company projects are in remote areas.
