Company runs according to its rule. they have one guy who is works as a insider and puts everything to in to owner's ears and tries to unsettle new employee. Finally after work is over they kick him out .

Company runs on its rule.vendor does not work with them cause of non Payment. Company has a insider who works like normal guy but puts everything in to mgts ear n unsettle people . finally they fire you

Likes

This was only my second job and I got to learn a lot during my tenure. A great team headed by the most ambitious director helped me grow professionally by constantly trying my hand at new things and getting better each time. OMCPL has a great working culture where the sky is the limit.

Dislikes

It required to put in a lot of time and I feel the work-life balance suffered because of that, but again its the nature of the job but yes there is a scope for improvement in that matter
