Initially it was a good company to work with & work-life balance was great.

Dislikes

The company lost 6-7 long running projects & as a result of this company decided to lay-off 5-6 of their employees who had been working there. The company also decided to cut-off the salaries of the employees & even the co-founders were also affected by this cut-off & lay-off. It has been the monopoly of only 1 person who is the owner of the company. Now even the co-founders also work like other normal employees & they are not being involved in the decision making of the company.
