Pathetic organization for anyone to work with. Harasses their employees in the name of discipline, salary deductions, late reporting, over-timings. Hell to work specially for female employees, abuse the male employees even, rase hands and throw things. Owner is a dictator.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It is without a doubt, the most toxic and unhealthy work environment. Micro management is at its peak. The management has next to no knowledge and cannot even speak English but still keeps on lecturing the employees and even going on harassing them. I've worked in companies before, I've even ran a business but working for O2b Technologies was the worst mistake of my life. They simply make you feel bad for your own life choices.

Dislikes

Everything. The boss, Manish Mannan will take all the credit for your work, taunt you without reasons, delay your salary and will even go on to abuse you. Their product is a sham and as a result, I had to face continuous criticism from foreign clients. When asked for a raise, He abused and deleted all my company access and payed my salary almost after a month. Still I'm thankful to God that I left this company as soon as I could.
