O2 spa, is a good place for rejuvenating. Apart from that nothing is good. Management is horrible.

Dislikes

There are so many things. 1. No job security. without any reason salary deductions. 2. House keeping staffs gets more increments than the center manager. 3. Management never stands what they say. e.g., reach target for the month and get 10k as incentives. But they never give and never response to call or mail. 4. Employee has to forget their families, once u join O2 spa. They will squeeze the employees, telling to wok for 10 am to 10 pm.

Learning is there if your reporting authority is good. Friendly environment No micromanagement Canteen is there.

Poor salary No pf No health insurance Not any as such benefits No scope for development Job security is zero Six days working

Nothing one of the worst management I have seen. There is no policies in this company no job security.

Dislikes

Nothing to like about this company. Before covid also they were not paying salary on time and when Pandemic started they closed most of the outlets and hold the salary for everyone.

...e Lockdown started they didn't pay me neither whole staff neither response call. And when O2 spa is open at delhi airport they are not calling now giving back job neither receive call instead they hired new staff in less salary and rest staff are seems like fired up. They think they took us gaurated. They didn't provide any confirmation about job neither did ful and final not given pending salary and neither picking up call.

...nothing to like,This company is terrible, they treat their employee as animal. They didn't pay employe salary in this pandemic even for worked month.

Their owners are not human. Don't even think to work in this circus. Their management capability is zero.
