The school is open for the development of the society. Plus point of the school is that my colleagues comes from version cultural background,and we work happily in collaboration.

...y slow. The work load is very high,sometime I have to work in non working day . Politics is more in this school even juniors are getting more salary than seniors .(those who are teaching in lower classes)

There are few who donot think of their own personal growth and try to put other's down with their derogatory comments so as to achieve a place. It hurts ....

Since joined I gained lots of experience, learn new things, working environment, etc

The extra work assigned such as purchasing of different items, store, making comparative statement, call for quotation, work order, work other department those who absent but when I absent my work remain pending.
