One of the best company Flexible work timings Supportive team members Salary on 1st of every month Working culture feels like family Nykaa is one of the best companies to work with which feels like home. Wor environment and work culture is so good that you will not feels like working anywhere els. Team is full of young people who always crack jokes while working. Work pressure is way too much like you gave work for 12 hrs to finish the deadlines. So work timings are starched from 10am to 12pm. Els every things is good about this company. You will love working here

Only things which I don't like about nykaa is HR policies . Tanushree Agarwal is one of the worst HR you will find in nykaa who doesn't have any empthay towards their employees who compromise on personal life to finish deadlines. She will ask you resign anytime without giving you prior notice. She has already done that with 2 employees till now. Also Rahul Kharwar is one of the worst team leader you will ever work with in catalog team who takes personal grudges on team members and gives all false reports to upper management. And so called upper management is blind who doesn't know about the ground reality how much people are compromising on their personal life so that they finish deadlines and don't loose job. One advice please listen to both the side of the story, before taking such big decisions of terminating anyone not all employees are always wrong. Swarup Paul is one of the worst VP in nykaa I have lost all respect for this person

Work pressure is very high. No personal life left. If your performance is poor then it will directly affect your survival. Along with main work you will get extra tasks. Also have meetings on daily basis.
