...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 Years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given new joiners.

Too much stress for business,Area/ops manager calling and pressurizing entire day,if the day target is not achieved then ur Area manager will ask u the reason at night and won’t let u sleep seems u have done a crime. As store sale is very uncertain specially at nykaa stores so there are chances that the superiors may start a con call any time even its weekend or evening business time.store managers day off is fixed on Tuesday but specially on Tuesday there are bunch of work load there.

...ir etiquette is so bad,they should be polite and they don't know how to talking.Salary increases according to working experience is so less. Designation.With any designation promotion, there is no corresponding increase in salary.

The cluster manager sunny was the worst leader to work with..this guy doesn't know anything except shouting on store team. He has no guts to say wrong to the person who is wrong but keep buttering ladies of the store. He only needs women attention and hate boys. Promotes favourite girl who can't handle the problem.

May be the on time salary. All the good people have left and good things have already ended

Oh dear oh dear! So many of them. Don't know where to start. Top most is the toxic and full of politics work culture.
