... 2 years i realised this place fckd my mental peace, personal life, family time. No job security, no salary hikes, no promotions just an endless cycle of mental torture and office politics. No matter how hard you work, how many sleepless nights you spend, or how many weekends you sacrifice, you are disposable. One fine day, they’ll just ask you to put in your papers like you never even existed. Work-life balance? HA! Get ready to be chained to your desk till 1-2 AM like a corporate slave. And after all that? Zero recognition, zero appreciation. Managers will play their favoritism game, handpick their puppets, and make the rest feel like absolute garbage. They’ll make you doubt your own skills, kill your confidence, and drain every ounce of energy out of you. Toxicity runs in their blood. This place will suck the soul out of you. If you think you're joining for career growth, think again. The only thing that grows here is stress, frustration, and regret. This is not a company, it’s a graveyard for careers.

...ob offer, then this is the company for you. 3. Having Alternate Saturday off. 4. A good percentage of your salary is performance bonus. 5. It's proprietorship firm, not a Ltd. Company. 6. You will be free from debt as no bank will give you a loan because of the above. 7. There is clueless, endless and view-less work force-fed to you that will keep you engaged in a nail-biting day. 8. You will never gain weight because you won't get proper time and environment to eat. 9. Company is very 'Dynamic". Policies change within the hour according to the need of the management. 10. Expect to work during the weekend without any extra benifit.

... working environment. 15. No one has any clue on what they are working upon. 16. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than government company, except that there will be no dues paid. 17. Average life of a good employee is max 6 Months. 18. The probation period is 6 months in which you have only maximum of one leave per month. 19. If you exceed one leave per month, it will result in immediate loss of pay. Meaning, if you fall sick for a week, expect to be left with half a month's salary.

...e into the nights. Idiot is handling the company, harrasing people all the time. Not giving salary once you resigned, giving excuses. Fake promises about everything.

Just by doing 1 floor project they asume that they are superior in designing, just by coping the things is not an engineering… there is no versatility only repetitive things kitchen projects. No work life balance as if you work for 180 hours in a month they will assign you only 80 hours rest ours will be included in not completed and rework. When it comes to promotion they will show you the same graph that you are working leas so we are unable to give you promotion this time. You are not allowed to make your design decisions you will do as senior wants.
