No job security, no promotions, too much work load, they will make false promises and will break, you will get the support to complete the task, that's it. They don't have any moral ethics and values, they will play with human emotions, you will get know everything after joining and working in this company, they simply says employee happiness is our happiness , but don't think on anything, better find somewhere even this company offers you

The Company is working great when its come to the Mission where building India's largest Employability Platform . Giving 100% Placement support for students who enrolled with Nxtwave . I like this about Nxtwave

...ainly . Management sue their own employees and managers when they need numbers . Not giving holidays and comp offing the day with the extra salary is not employee needs . employee main motive is salary but allowing them to take rest would definitely bring more value to the company . That's why i left the company last year . However i used to earn the incentive same as my salary and promoted 2 times but still left the company because of the worst work life balance . The thing is every family member available on weekends but we have to work on weekends and spend the weekday alone if they give comp off otherwise all day 10 hrs of work . I guess there is no much difference between machine and human in that company . I don't think higher authority will see these employees reviews , But if they seen please make the changes . The respect for the NXTwave is still high , but not for management .

*Worst culture * You have to work for 15 days continuously there is no proper offs .they will combined festival offs with regular off you have to work in festivals also. * No value for your work.they will act perfectly that they giving value to you'rs work. * No skills improvement.if you reach you're target then you have value for that day. * No job security suddenly they can layoff you . * For leaves you have to beg them. Annually you have 12 leaves in annual but you can't 😂use . * no Mental health

...ent. 3 times I requested my manager for increment..he didn't give proper answer. Salary is low. Incentive structure changed. No growth. Now the management asking seat reservation only. How can pay government school students high fees like 3 lakhs Sales pressure for pre-sales team also Scold from management

No culture. WFH only, so no proper timing for the job. Only sales is the motive and if sales is not done, you are not eligible for anything. No proper recognition for hardworking people. they will treat you like labours, you have to do whatever they say and they will even ask why you're doing like this. No proper process is being followed. They only needs sales and he will say anything to get the sales done from the employees.
