Third party vendors provide the project work on daily basis and Nvizion do not have any its own projects. Till your billing goes with client you are safe and once project is over, please be prepared for firing possibly. HR closely monitoring the daily technical activities of developers which is really toroturous for technical people. Present Gurgoan office HR have lack of professional behaviour and need to replace the HR in company. Day by day strenght of company is reducing.

...ns. They do projects for third party vendors and dont have any inhouse projects. No increament, no bonus and Variable pay is not given or deducted on basis of false rating of performance.

Micromanagement. You are a puppet here. I truly do not understand how anyone can work on their KRAs when they keep multiple cadence calls. Job security is null and void. No marketing/sales strategy.

Work-life balance is good. HR, colleagues & higher Management is good and easily approachable. Friday fun events happens from time to time. Career growth happens periodically.

Quality of work sometimes is not good, otherwise no issues.

They provide Work from home so this is a plus. As long as you are working on a billing project, you are fine and will sail through COVID-19 otherwise you will be laid off.

Dislikes

HR sticks her nose in everything. She should have a different cabin and not allowed to sit with employees to distract them of their work. Learning opportunities are limited. No job security. Salary/appraisals is below average. They don't hire freshers so forget about training.
