Single employee... scarted area can't monitor in proper manner.there is poor support from ground level, and they don't need employee safty and health.they need only work

Salary credit timing , you will learn what you need. I love the attendance Policy, human resource management and accommodation.

No safety precautions, No timing policy, Heavy work load ,no holidays on Sunday even toooo

Before 8 years this company was fully job secured good salary, increment and friendly environment. From 8 years after new management changed its started dirty politics

New management created dirty politics and pressuring to above 10 years employees resigned itself

Company management is good.good quality seeds process timely delivery of our business partner

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

We get independence to develop our strategies and implementing them. Management supports new ideas and thoughts

Manpower development activities are not mapped. Rewards and compensation is less lucrative/ flexible
