Best company to work for. Provide full support for work-life balance. Taking care of each other is the motto of the company and they are following it . Company culture is good and one can get career growth, new opportunity and most imp self-satisfaction towards work.

The work culture is amazing. You will get to learn a lot and grow your technical and communication skills immensely. If you are already technically strong, you may be billed from the first day itself. All the other team members are considerate and will never judge you for your skills if you seek their help on the smallest doubts. One thing to worry are the work timings. Even if they are flexible, don't make it a habit to work late hours. If you do so in the beginning, you will be taken for granted for all your tenure at Nuvolo. The Management is another thing to worry. The response time from management is very slow. Your follow up needs to be very strong to get your own work done.
