Nothing it is a complete sales job the target is 4x to 8x of your annual package branch manager and regional manager have also sales so don't recommend for freshers

Everything no supportive staff work culture is terrible you don't recommended

I feel the likable part of this company is that it tries hard to maintain with the competitive salary structure with it's fellow companies. Although the USP of this company is the L&D trainings/runway sessions.

Dislikes

There's a constant environment of judgments over the numbers made for the company. More and more is expected by the executives and the perception of the few managers are intolerant sometimes.

Likes

The company is a bad place They don't respect their employees and few managers feel like they rule the place. If HR team feels like this, can't imagine other employees life. Don't fall for anything they tell you before joining

Dislikes

No work life balance, no policies to support employees, no respect to employees who work here, environment is insecure. They don't even care. They lied about work during interview, scope of work is entire different.

Incentive are good and they have half Yearly Appraisal wala concept

They don’t have customer base and whatever customer having only in BM will take care so that he can justify his salary 3X to 6 X.. I will never recommend any professionals who all banking sectors to Join nuvama..if someone joining then it’s like to playing with fire. There demand is only life insurance

Company is very good. Your job is secure management is also good and very cooperative.

Dislikes

In some locations BMs' behaviour are not good because of those employee will not able to continue with your job. They create toxic atmosphere at branch.
