...vironment & Culture & Teammates are Supportive and the Managment is Transparent. COMPANY Policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good SALARY hike and benefits bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the Managment doesn't address our issues. SALARY is decent but career growth is low.

No standard operation procedure followed, It is one man army culture, no HR involved in system, Nsm will call for online meeting, but only he will speak , he won't allow to discuss in the meeting Product is non moving in the market, then too no returns approval given If not doing sales in the month no salaries given , it will kept in hold without acknowledgement No tada given if not meeting TC / PC in a day No increment No job security at any time they ( Nsm ) will remove without reason At the end we will get spoiled in our professional career on joining this organisation Pressure on primary billing and will be forced to dump the stocks to the distributors , but in advance payment no ethics Don't even recommend to yoir enemies to join in this company If you have any doubt if free to discuss with you
