.....I'm only one technical person in these factory so I'm handling all operation..work load is more but salary they is not upto to marks,when joins it's we have only 5labous and 100kg/days production.. know we have 20labour 1ton production per day.. their no travel trip from company and there is facility provide company...in my 2yts experience have learnt lot of think know if someone say me I will provide finance u ..so can start as it new plants...i had innovate new products also innovate how to waste minimise the wastage and how to gives the maximize the final yeild the production...

I dislike about the company is that work laod is more but job timing 12-14hrs... according to performance and work salary not upto the mark .. increment only 5%

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
