1) Toxic Mid Management (Layer between manager and Founders) 2) Unnecessary Pressure - Unnecessary daily report writing, Preference to Visibility over performance 3) 0 Work life balance and watch on employees - They might try to improve it because it is now back firing but Saturday work, 9 hrs a day, Always checking the cameras, half day holiday on 2nd Oct, etc. 4) No Autonomy - You're asked to perform best but when you try to improve, you are asked not to disrupt existing system. Daily report writing with each minute summary. 5) Negative Impact - Created a environment where employee feel anxious to go to founders office. 6) Judgement - You are judged on serious matters without verifying the facts. There are plenty of thing which can validate such things but no, Someone said something and your character is judged 7) There is ego issue as well (Not founder's, They are generous and considerate) but they do ignore others who are affecting main executive team)

two managers hierarchy, nearly no work life balance, no employee assistant, restrictions to leave even though for necessary family issues, older people are too comfortable and they won't let new people feel positive by controlling them. management viewpoint i never understood. i have different skills and was expect to work with different skill. no guidance, no proper connuni. I was left without any clue
