There is nothing to like about this company, if they want to fire you without any specific reason, a lot of office politics, and you have to follow the dictatorship of the so-called management. there is a fast-paced environment in startups, but here you need to. just do everything within a day or else you are not a good fit for the company don't focus on code quality, understand the requirement, think about the user perspective, just hook or crook give the thing working, play the blame game and you will survive here easily.

Well there is no ending to this list 1. Work Culture - toxic (you won't be able to fig that part since people are so good at it) 2. Stay til late if you want to be a good employee 3. Blame Game 4. Timings, they say we have flexible timing but the truth is they expect people to come at 12 and leave after 10 , if you are not fulfilling the leave time specially , you will be pointed out , you go so early
