I’ve been working here from last 3 years and i hate everything in this brand only thing stopping me from leaving this brand is my loans

Everything and to be honest their management is totally f uc ked up none of the employees from this company do thier job properly

I like that no pressing about regarding sale and very smooth handling all the staff and time to time growth about inceriments ..... so that i will like it

After Crona pendimic sellary deduction this time is very bad condations of all staff

Poor upper management, Internel dirty politics, When Stores get frenchise " sales staff doesn't get any benefits like incentives,pf,esi, appraisal, promotion,paid leaves ' ,infect sales staff get salary when they achieve a certain sales target. ):

Not salary appraisal,esi ,pf , promotion,in frenchise staff.. Dirty politics, abusive language of upper management etc.

Everything is good I have started my fist job to the numero uno and today I am store manager thank you numero uno.

I am in a franchise store and here I am doing 10am to 11 pm job and they are not paying good salary

Work culture at Numero Uno is good, you get good work life balance here. Also most of the coworkers are good and very helpful. You have fun working here.

Dislikes

Absolutely no growth here, they don't promote you for years. Almost everyone is underpaid. Also they don't do appraisals on annual basis. And there is no job security here they have laid of many employees during first COVID lockdown. Management is very poor they don't address any issues. They are very particular about timings, you have to complete 9 hours everyday no matter what. Also they don't provide any kind of facilities to employees.
