It's a one of the fastest growing Aerospace company. It is Vendor for ISRO , BDL Hyderabad, HAL Hyderabad. This company is doing High quality products for Indian space program and Indian Armed Force. I worked in LPSC Trivendrum. company got a project for 2 years duration. I did as a Supervisor there.

Dislikes

From outlook company is good. Salaries and Allowances are very low. Company working timings are high and not efficient for employees. Hike or Increments is very low compared with Same kind and turnover companies.

Dislikes

Almost Everything. Starting from Basic Wage to till Career Growth Opportunities Nucon has never met the expectations of the employees. Current Employees are resigning because of the poor management system.
