I worked around 2 years in this organisation.Work culture is very good.Have a friendly colleagues.we can gain knowledge.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Timely salary will credit that is the good thing but increments were very less.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology and I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products like Section - III Part of Akash Missile of BDL - Kanchanbagh, and have a global client like Rafael, Israel

Dislikes

Compensation is not so decent, comparatively growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, Sometimes, I have to work more than 14 hours as I have to attend client calls in the evening and late light in order to keep customer relations for the sake of the development of the company. But I really enjoy the work pressure during dealing with customers on various issues without impacting the production of our company.

Company work culture is not good. Owners try to squeeze every pennies worth out of you. And in trying to do that they will make you busy on non productive work/ meetings. They want to control every decision in the organization. A pure Lala company.

It is my first electronic company. I have best experiences from this company to gain the knowledge in Design & testing fields.

In my point off view, there is no much disadvantages in this company to spoil my work
