Team mates are good by nature job security is high ,salary is government pay scale , career opportunities growth depends how you are interested in study work environment is competitive,very little innovation,work life balance is excellent.overall company is good for engineers.

I don't like working at NPCIL ON CONTRACT BASE.but my bad luck to working on contract base.Npcil officers and some employees are behavior with contact person are like a slave.

contract person are working in nuclear radiation area.but NPCIL give us salary like a tihadi labor.amd treat like a slave.
