There is no working atmosphere. Lot of stress with out problem. Salary released very late almost every month.

One man show company. Every person depends on MD. No proper use senior level managers. No proper job profile here. Management is happy to see sitting late people's.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

...rible while the benefits for going abroad to a site is unchanged since a decade. Salary and promotions are basic unless you threaten them with resignation. There is literally no value for loyalty here.

Timing is good and off on two Saturdays

Dislikes

No payment on time, No variable pay being made to employee even it is promised. Ask employee to leave without any complain, misbehaviour. Even people perform well and gets appreciation are asked to immediate leave.
