Not a safe place to be in current situation. Even after spending more than a decade, they are not supportive in the COVID situation with regard to compensation and job security.

Management is taking this current situation as an opportunity to sack people instead of supporting them.

...hat I think in the company interest not encouraging as sometime it gets misused. Company encourages performer, but sometimes they cut the salary for the minor mistake converted into grave error, since this is a medical transcription company.

... politics by middle management and unfair practices in appraisal and promotions. Working for long hours and faulty quality issues that deduct your salary by the end of the month which is not good. Talented sincere hard working people are not encouraged. Only a few handful of people and chamchas are earning much.

...very very bad, TL Sashidar shows partiality very much. Dirty higher management. We work hard for low salaries, they enjoy higher income. Human Resor also does not support lower categories.

Training for 3 weeks provided. After training, they expecting like 10 year experienced person's quality. And clearing training is depends on trainer (not on quality).
