Environment is cool, they hire good people. They pay well and take care of good resources.

Dislikes

Some offices abroad hold most of product information and to stay relevant they are blatantly reluctant to share that with other offices. The technologies are bit old.

They pay you high... then pressurise you to work... management has no vision on how to run a project... they will put you in pip and terminate you ... managers are abusive and have no work ethics

Zero work life balance, managers have no work ethics, no job security

Laid back work culture. Lenient monitoring.

Little to no opportunities for learning new skills. There are no avenues provided for continuing education or training. Also, they laid us off in a rather cold hearted manner.

The infrastructure is not upto the mark. Around 12000 computers were encrypted in 20217/2018 ransomware attack, this cause massive layoff at this company. Indian management least bothered about you profile it's the company who entirely driven by US management. They hire but not sure you will get assignment, increase risk of being laid off. They will hire for one technology and will give you work in some other technology.
