Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

In my six of professional career i never work this type of company

Dislikes

Nothing in employee hand. If any one want to talk with customer related to customer complaints or related to audit or other things then first we have to asked to MD what to talk or not then they will ask what to say or not. Never seen such a useless company in my career. MD is such a disgusting even they afraid to share the drawing with Quality and tool room, you can expect their level of understanding if you ask for drawing for lay outing their reply will be what is need of drawing in layout
