    Nothing to like, policies are changed as per the convenience of management. Unit head is worst person to work under. He don't even listen the concern of the staff. Instead of targeting growth of training program staff is being torchered.

    No relationship between what they say and what they follow, running only because of name what they had previously

    Dislikes

    ... emotional black mail by pledging marks card and not providing relieving letter. Moreover asks for lakhs together compensation for zero paisa training while change of company. Not at all recommend.

    Real issues are over looked by senior managers instead supporting their own employees, the priority is given to the client Instant satisfaction by even replacing their own good performing employees. It's due to save contractual business so new employee must care client satisfaction or must be ready to switch over.
