...nd only general shifts only. But now we do 24/7 shift and without any allowance. There is no salary hike in past 2 year, even though they got payment from client without delay.

...ee any promotion until you get proper commitment about re-designation and hike.They are having policy like every appraisal cycle only they raise salary for promoted employees.In between you dont get any arrear amount also.

The only thing which every employee will like is that the company will not ask you to leave but will make you feel that you.

The quoted salary is something you will not get. The parks and benefits in actual are completely different from the offer letter. Every single step is manual. People never talk about change or automation.

Work culture is good, work life balance, lot of projects and you will never be in the bench. Nice co workers and managers.

Salary hike is not very good and by some technicality they might reduce your chance for appraisal.

Culture of the company is good. Colleagues & managers are supportive & helpful. They don't micromanage. Sales people have to come to the office all 5 days a week, but Hybrid working is allowed if you have a genuine reason.

Dislikes

For Sales people, fixed component of salary is somewhat less, keeping in view of industry standards.
