Only my colleagues have shown friendliness lately, which makes me feel a bit isolated.

...the colleagues at the company are friendly, several issues need to be addressed. The management policies are inadequate, and the salary structure is unsatisfactory. Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. Furthermore, the organizational hierarchy is not effectively maintained, leading to job insecurity; employees are often placed on the bench without reason. Meanwhile, those who do not work honestly may receive promotions due to favoritism.

About hike promotion and appraisal very poor because when I started career in NTTDATA my package is 1.4 LPA and Now I have working in NTTDATA around 3 years my package is 1.80 LPA

Ntt started Hiring employee on grade 3 salary range (28-32k) as like other companies usually doing in service desk , this is not good at all Over all ntt data is good for growth but specially noida office have small projects and less headcounts so internally promotion got delayed If you want to join ntt go for banglore and Hyderabad location

I lost the impression after joining. There is no work life balance at all. It is like ur living on this earth to work for them. The most sadistic people i have ever met. They don’t even consider health reasons.Full of politics with manager and TL. Feeling like school going kid. It is the most worst company than working with big4 (don’t want to mention company)

Dislikes

They will hire for some role, after joining simply put into different role. Even we need to work on weekends without any pay and comp off. Too many politics. Whatever the team lead and manager want they will simply target us and no matter how many hours ur stretching and working they will simply say there is not much work in this team. Worst company i have ever seen.🙏

...oper communication Work from home even before COVID and is continue till now . Performance Bonus provided yearly to employees other than salary . Shift allowance provided for each day of work .

Appraisals offered are too low (3% to 5% yearly). They do not even match inflation data of government . No instructor led training programs are provided to employees for future technologies No bench . If project goes , you can be in danger zone .
