Overall I had a good experience working with NTTDATA.It was in fact my dream company which had good employee relationship and provided good platform to learn for the employees.

...ject managers were biased with the employees based on the region they come from.It reflected both in the role and pay scale revision. Non of my initiatives as a team lead to manage the team members were not encouraged at all.Finally I was told to get released as the project is been moved to Hydrabad completely.Only after getting released from the project I got to know that it was a cooked up information by my managers as half of the team who were working with me still work out of Global village.Most of my team mates who were working with me in my last project have given their feedback to the HR regarding the managers and their overall experience but nothing happened.

About hike promotion and appraisal very poor because when I started career in NTTDATA my package is 1.4 LPA and Now I have working in NTTDATA around 3 years my package is 1.80 LPA

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Poor in Growth and development aspect. Salary is not decent according to the pressure of work. And on the job training is not up to the mark as new joiners face a lot of struggle in their initial days.

Only my colleagues have shown friendliness lately, which makes me feel a bit isolated.

...the colleagues at the company are friendly, several issues need to be addressed. The management policies are inadequate, and the salary structure is unsatisfactory. Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. Furthermore, the organizational hierarchy is not effectively maintained, leading to job insecurity; employees are often placed on the bench without reason. Meanwhile, those who do not work honestly may receive promotions due to favoritism.
