1. Minimal salary who's going to join from college campus. 2. Campus selected employees have to go through regular trainings to be eligible for the increment and have to at least spend five years to somewhat be on level of other team members doing same tasks. 3. New mandatory trainings keeps on coming and people have to do it.

For Freshers this Organization will be a great platform to learn and enhance our skills with a cooperate culture. The project team will work uniquely and there will be good scope to gain more knowledge on new technologies.

Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.
