their training method is very easy to understand. team leaders also very friendly. you can ask any doubt (reg work) they will answer any time. numerous time also you can ask same doubt, they will answer you calmly.

In the time of leaving they don't give salary for the last month of work we done. This is very very bad IT culture.

Ntt data is providing more valuable courses for career and good environment and friendly people too and over all good experience.

In this place career growth is happening very slow processing. Thats the main disadvantages of the company so salary level also low level only so want to improve that process. And too much unwanted reason to not improve ur growth. And night shift allowance also very low range. Thats it thank you

...early hike is around 2% promotion would be 5%. Could change based on Leadership. For all employees benefits creation there would be deductions from Employees salary.

I work for Service Management Business Unit. Work depends on team. We do not have much work so work life balance is good. This unit mainly have night shifts.

Nothing much to dislike. Big MNC. Less salary hikes. Less new learning.

The quality of work during the lockdown is increased but still there is no appraisal or bonus. How would an employee work if he/she is not getting the financial growth? Business for NTT Data Services has been increased during the lockdown then why are we not given the appraisal or bonus.
