...people are good. company should higher new potential employee in Top Management. The only thing you find in NTT is job Security and they provide salary on time without any increment for years and Years.

Top Management is worst and work culture ethics is Demotivating.

...is one of the top MNCs. The work culture depends on the managers and leaders. Salary on time. Work life balance is fine, 10 hrs shift with an hour break included. Very low growth opportunity.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.
