Nothing good about this organisation, just job security;no one would fire you unless you want to go. Full relax culture like government offices.

...sts and promote these cost cutting strategy to gain revenue for new acquisition. Reducing the salary day by day and shifting appraisal up to height; more over to a year. Terrible Management who plays politics. No carrier motivation guidance.

Very worst company worked for 2 years theres nothing to say good and salary was not given properly and no growth.. Just the higher official has getting higher.. just appreciating for our work and saying( its just because of you guys) very bad👎🏻

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. there is no career growth and Salary hike. They have the worst promotion policy. Example: if you got a promotion or next level, you will get a designation change but Salary change. next year only you got the hike for the promotion.

Company is stable in outlook. Management from North India is cranky. However overall company is good and collaborative. Compensation is good on time.

Dislikes

Poor/no salary hike. Ensure you negotiate effectively while joining as you would see no hike in subsequent years. There is No HR, for anything and everything backend HR find it easy to say that there is no such policy.

The quality of work during the lockdown is increased but still there is no appraisal or bonus. How would an employee work if he/she is not getting the financial growth? Business for NTT Data Services has been increased during the lockdown then why are we not given the appraisal or bonus.
