...be rated by Development team manger s,and hike will be given by another manager. No growth for testers, more work and less salary Package and hike as compared to Developers and BAs. No other benefits even if u worked on late night and weekends. It's just like use and throw.

Good product, hard working dedicated team members

Horrible and blood sucking Management including the Headquarters people of NTTData. The top most management people also work like low level employees worrying about their existence, their KPI and bonus. The so called leaders themselves are so insecured that they will put anyone on the line of fire to secure their existence. This organization did not grow big despite the product, opportunities and lack of competition purely because of the Management team who are 100% selfish and self-centered
