Laser, smile and ICL surgeries Wrost company ever, the environment and treating employees like school/college, micro monitoring, no benefit, no skill development, if you need leave needs to loop Director in the email chain, If you need break only 15 mits time Security will ask you id number for login time and you have to write logout time in ledger book every day without miss.

There will be a lot of work pressure in share pooled they will assign more than 11+ clients, no bonus salary will be given even if we work on weekends, there is no work culture. Coming to main part Job safety this is the worst thing in the the company they will first say we are extending your probation period and when the time of ending the period all of sudden they will call you up and remove you by saying some stories.

No Variable pay and Apprialsal is not based on performance and every employee gets more or less same hike. Job is secured and firing are very rare. Work and life both are well balanced in support projects, not much pressure.

Dislikes

No oppertunity for certifications or career growth, Every one from Associate consultant to Solution Architect does same work and there is no clear Job description or justification for Job role,no on-site oppertunities, most of the projects are Indian projects and have to travel almost 330 days, takes oppertunity like panademic and cut salary for all employees irrespective of revenue generated by company. Management never communicates or discuss with employees even with people in Senior positions.

Great Package: The compensation and benefits offered by the company are quite competitive, making it a desirable place to work. Hybrid Work Model: I appreciate the flexibility of the hybrid work model they provide. It allows a good balance between work and personal life, which is important to me.

..Lack of Job Security: One downside is the lack of job security. There’s always a bit of uncertainty, and more focus on job stability would greatly improve the experience for employees.

... of respect for employees, with management and team leads treating staff poorly. Promotions are nonexistent, and employees are expected to work on Saturdays without compensation. Even taking a single day off requires excessive justification and proof. The company does not prioritize employee well-being or professional growth. The leadership lacks proper training, which reflects in their management style. Choosing to work here was one of the worst decisions of my career, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before joining
