Even taking a single day off requires excessive justification and proof. The company does not prioritize employee well-being or professional growth. The leadership lacks proper training, which reflects in their management style. Choosing to work here was one of the worst decisions of my career, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before joining

My journey of NTT DATA is truly enjoyable.I developed strong fondness for working with my colleagues. Everyone had helpful mindset, The management particularly my manager Ganesh was remarkably motivating. He consistently encouraged employees to embrace their uniqueness and enhance their communication to seize better opportunities.

Dislikes

At NTT DATA there were certain negative aspect worth mentioning. The company offered low salary than industry norms, and chances for promotions were quite restricted further more there were instances where certain allowances were reduced, impacting the overall salary packages.

Only job titles are attention-grabbing. I am curious about how they can be competitors and be included in the top rankings. Highly not recommended for serious passionated persons as well as those who having financial commitments..

There is no job security. They do not provide variable pay. They make false commitments. It is not advisable to trust them. They hire as full-time employees but treat them like contract workers. After a short period of time, they put employees on the bench. After 3 months, they give the option to leave immediately or extend for 1 month. They do not have any other projects lined up. They simply let employees go out after a follow-up call. This is a common issue faced by many employees in different technologies. There is no smooth exit process as there is no separate portal for employees. They released me early and asked me to leave the company before the 60-day notice period. The manager or HR department did not communicate with me. They made me pay for the notice recovery for mistakes I did not make. If I didn't pay, they wouldn't give me a service letter. So I paid finally & received my service letter.. It's not ethical and totally unfair was done to me..

10 hours of shift and just one side cab service. Yearly hike and bonus is pathetic Promotion depends on your relation with your manager.
