... of respect for employees, with management and team leads treating staff poorly. Promotions are nonexistent, and employees are expected to work on Saturdays without compensation. Even taking a single day off requires excessive justification and proof. The company does not prioritize employee well-being or professional growth. The leadership lacks proper training, which reflects in their management style. Choosing to work here was one of the worst decisions of my career, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before joining

...the notice period as per contract, but the client released me on 21st September. And the NTT data deducted my 1 month salary + 15 days notice period salary (around Rs 1,20,000) from my salary, My NTT Data Portal ID is 316413

Work environment is very good indeed, and work life balance as well leaving salary and hike i don't see any faults

Salary and hikes are not up to the mark, they'll let us know it will be processed but it do take a lot of time than expected

..Lack of Job Security: One downside is the lack of job security. There’s always a bit of uncertainty, and more focus on job stability would greatly improve the experience for employees.

good company for freshers to gain the knowledge Company has various projects so job security is something best part here.

10 hours of shift and just one side cab service. Yearly hike and bonus is pathetic Promotion depends on your relation with your manager.
