No increment No promotion Roorkee location plant was shutdown in 2016 150 plus employees thrown out without any financial support. Even full and find cheques was not cleared

NTL is great & good organization. its manufacture LED Light & CFL BALLAST,is best Quality Product. I am working since last 10 years with NLTL family. I like it, i like so much there culture.

The company is open to latest technology. I love the fece that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10 - 12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.

Initially company was very good to work, work environment was excellent. But due to some wrong decision of MD & top management, the company could no do well and closed down.
