Salery is decent in manesar area average enginner salery is around 50-60k . some engineers with 40k salery and some old with 60-70k .

work life balance is very poor . no holidays. work on weekend although the holidays are similar to maruti suzuki but you have to do overtime without pay. system is very poor . salery delay like 10-20 of every month . work like donkey and still your work is zero.

Every company have some cons ..... As that this company also have that is about its work system is not that much effective... But if u want to learn and want to grow it's good to join this company.

There is no time line to come and go to home, work pressure is too more. You have to work minimum 12-13 hrs daily.

Work life balence is terrible , after working alot no job security, dirty politics. Seniors will support to their relatives. Castism is much more .

The company is open to innovation.New machine like injection moulding also be introduced.Teammates are so good they are helping to learn new process.I know here how to control manpower&get maximum output from them.

Growth is slow.Process is fix no more thing for learnig more.
