There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They didn’t care about the the quality of work… Infect encourages a** lickers even they don’t deserve it.

Unprofessional management Internal politics/ grouping Casteism/Religionism. There is no KRA to his/her work profile.

Good work atmosphere, Good and supportive team. Nice residential facilities

Poor human resource management. HR department head is not at all supportive. Rest HR officers are good. Too much politics in company. Technically sound seniors are very very few. A lot of donkey work

As I'm worked at plant location there we can get overall knowledge about production process. We can closely work with different processes production heads. Company will give accomodation and food subsidy. A good company for upcoming professionals who want to involve in any area without any restrictions at plant level costing and finance the facility given by our senior general manager sir. He will supports upcoming professionals. He encouraged to clear my CS final course with motivation.

Dislikes

At our duration with NSL we faced much issues with lack of Immediate Boss.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
