Salary is decent but career growth is slow.but in this time salary very low.sunday alloins cut.so how to run the family in time.all price or high.

Work to personal life balance is good. Overstay is only on need basis and very rare

Any process is too slow compared to other companies, there are many layers who needs to be satisfied first before getting the job done. It's really not necessary and feels stuck in the same work.

There have no opportunity to grow. No experience certificate provide from the company. As a trainee ( only other states), there have no facilities.

Maximum employees likes only Tamil trainee. Management think about only hindi trainee as workers and treat also.

Work life balance ! Most employees follow the work timing and do not spend unnecessary time in office .

Nothing much to dislike, however area of improvement is to get slightly aggressive in market which I am trying to bring the culture….

Only best thing in this company the Manager that I have. He is very supportive and understanding but helpless

Lot of politics, too management is full of ineligible people. Very bad work culture, you need to have very good personal relationships to get job done, work goes on it's own pace
