I liked only infrastructure.

Dislikes

No work culture and ethics were there. No excrement and No salary on time.... petriarchy environment due to some old teaching staff members technical as well as non teaching staffs also. Only those can exist there who didn't have any other option to earn ....by hook or by crook they have to stay and rely on it. They gives you handsome salary but will snatch your soul. They will ask you to work till 9 or 10 also at the time of admission otherwise will kick you brutally. Only politics matters to those who are old and they will not let you work efficiently. Some of them are from beginning been permanent type who was ready to do any job any time wether it is teaching non teaching driving to boss .... picking or dropping to air port house....

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
