I had worked for 1.4years in this company only problem with this company is 10hr duty no overtime and also Travel from room to work place will take 2hr so up and down 4hr so we have to wake up early morning 3am and sleep night late so there will be no rest and I came India due to Corona situation now I can't go back so I resigned due to company bad culture they are not providing gratuity amount like this they would have eaten how many employees gratuity amount

No overtime for employees working hours is over

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable , high -quality products and has a lobal client base .

Dislikes

Compensation is descent , but growth is slow , the work pressure is very high sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I talk about security it not security it like jail .. work experience is bulheet south indian people no Menard.... Not call management it is call like uneducated..
