The company encourages the innovative thoughts and solutions suggested. I was happy to be a part of the team that delivers and maintains a highly reliable and global clients based products to the clients of NSE. My colleagues were from different cultural backgrounds and we worked with collaboration very happily, we were always supportive the eachother. I wish I would have developed a good career in NSE if have continued to work there. But, ofcourse good choices for career growth may be hard to find but, I am always ready to work hard to find a better place.

There is nothing to like about my 1st employer company. I had some personal issues which made me to hardly leave the company. No, I am free from all those issues to start my career again.

Dependence on secretive old timers, who hold the co. to ransom as they do not train juniors properly. The technology needs to be upgraded - but who will bell the cat?
