Salary date is 15 but it credits by 28 of next month. Time to reach is 01:30 but needs to reach at 1pm otherwise they will mark halfday or if we get late then we will not get computer system there. No internal promotions nor internal hiring they hire only outsiders They can terminate anytime while have no mistakes like chairs are not in good condition so a person is not sitting in good conditionhe may be terminate

No proper management, Work life is not balanced, Promotions and salary increment is upon to the management. 12 Hajar me khun chuste hai ye log or salary kabhi time pe aa jaye to bahut hi badi baat hoti hai

Easy kickout anytime, current process is UIDAI. The biggest scam they are doing is no background verifications, They are working for their bank balance only. Owner is either fool or making fool to the entire clients and management. UIDAI should stop the process from here only, Hiring people as Operation Manager and kicking out by saying you should work as Team leader.

No job security no salary clearity. They can diduct ur salary without any appropriate reason. And u don't know when they can fired u. And for women no women security. They said u can leave till 7 but it's just on papers. Timings nyt me 10 b ho jaye to koi bt nhi. Maximum work pressure. No hygiene no tea and coffee. And incentives wo to bhul jao. 3 month kaam krvayenge aur phir koi stupid se reason k sth out

...en batches were over welmed they asked joiners to kindly leave the organisation. They do not employee respectfully, they do not pay us the salary on time almost they hold salary upto 2 months, they do not have proper seating arrangement for the candidates, This so called company have nothing to with people.

I would say it is terrible yo worl with NSB . if you are working with NSB there is no security of your job also you will not get your salary until you will not request. I had resigned a year back I still did not get my salary . Even you will be not getting documents .
