I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...ood working environment with helpful teammates it will be one of best institute. Salary and appraisal depends upon the work assigned to you it is not necessary increment in every year. If you love travelling and counseling i.e. career guidance in schools of different states.

NRI college, Most of the good companies comes here for the placement I most of the student get place outside India also from this college highest package goes up to 1 crore lakh per annum previous year the previous year static for placing the student is about 80%
