The work culture is not good. The company runs on one persons decision. People focus more on making their seniors happy than doing actual work. Every Employee tries to play a blame-game making sure how they are not responsible.

I had learnt much more things from this company I work in overall three departments in all the departments I learn different things which had improved my skills The culture of the company is good management staff is also co operative.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The work environment is apparently conducive to learning or engage in improvement with active support from Mgmnt. The team members are collaborative

...mes for Senior positions are missing specially related to external programmes. Compensation is relatively not upto the mark.

1) Nice system. 2) Employees are supportive and no boundary to learn new things 3) Training is provided to all new joiners and regular upgradation is done. 4) Straight forward with customers.. Doesn't hide any things.

1) Bus facilities not available. 2) While leaving organization performance allownce company doesn't pay.
