...s no job security, No company policy. Experience Certificate will not be issued. There is possibility to get maximum 80% salary remaining goes as loss of pay.

Dislikes

No systems Can not work productively Lots of un necessary formats and formalities. CL will be denied most of the time

The best part is they do what they say(the same being headache at times) . regarding salary and things will be on time. The management rules will be the same for Hod and the housekeeping labour. No special treatment for any particular person.

Dislikes

Absurd rules. Sticking to the old school practices is quite annoying. memo for illogical reasons ex. Memo'll be issued to the professor if the student in their class is not well groomed or not wearing Id or shoes.
